Returns
Due to the perishable nature of cakes and certain gift items, we are unable to accept returns on delivered products. Please ensure all order details, such as recipient information and product specifications, are accurate before completing your purchase.
Refunds
We will issue refunds under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and packaging.
Incorrect Product: In the event you receive an incorrect product, we will initiate a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellations
